Besiege us

Beleaguer us…

From the sun rays, we will, one day
have a bounty of wheat ears
we will nurture them
they will multiply
on our hills, there are
threshing floors

Blockade us
and plant our children as roses
in the bosoms of the graves
then return in the morning…
to find the graveyard
produced a thousand rebels…

besiege us, cut away our water
parch us…
from the Lord of the universe
the clouds will always come
pregnant with glad tidings

Beleaguer us

In our backbones there’s
a sperm emitting in secrecy
which doesn’t venture nor gamble
it has a pledge you truly know…
it won’t survive except
in the wombs of
the Palestinian women

so load up your sinful war machinery
and leave us
and bury a dream you drafted
in the spaces of your notebooks

believe me…
you won’t gain access to the rocks
that entrenched underground
then erupted…
into Everest mountains
and established
by the will of the Almighty

Go look for the seawater and drink
quench the blazing hell inside you
eating at your malignant
poisonous selves
and blinding you up to your eyeballs

إهداء إلى شيخ الأقصى رائدنا صلاح وإلى رُسل الحرية وغزة العزة ..

حاصرونا
حاصرونا ..
من خيوط الشمس يوما
سوف نحظى بالسنابل
سوف نرعاها لتربو
في روابينا بيادر
حاصرونا
وازرعوا أطفالنا وردا
بأحضان المقابر
وارجعوا صبحا إليها ..
كي تروها أنجبت في القبر ليلا
ألف ثائر ..
حاصرونا واقطعوا عنا مياها
عَطِشّونا ...
من إله الكون دوما سوف تأتينا
وحُبلى بالبشائر
حاصرونا
إن في الأصلاب فينا
نطفة بين السرائر
لا تغامر لا تقامر
عهدها ما قد عرفتم ..
لم تعش إلا بأرحام الحرائر
فاحملوا أوزاركم عنا وروحوا
وادفنوا حلما رسمتم
في فضاءات الدفاتر
صدقوني ..
لن تنالوا من صخور
أرسيت في بطن أرض
ثم فارت ..
للجبال الشُم سارت
واستوت في أمر قادر
فابحثوا عن ماء بحر واشربوا
واطفئوا نارا تلظى
من سموم الحقد فيكم
قد عَمت حتى لأنوار البصائر
