الحملة الوطنية لرفع الاغلاقات
عن قلب الخليل ’’البلدة القديمة’’

مقدمة الرسالة:
تستمر معاناة 180 ألف مواطن من سكان مدينة الخليل جراء استمرار الإغلاق الإسرائيلي لقلب المدينة لما يزيد عن ثماني سنوات ،وتشير تقارير الأمم المتحدة للشؤون الإنسانية أن أكثر من 101 حاجز وسدة ونقطة تفتيش عسكرية تمنع استمرار الحياة الطبيعية في المدينة وتمزق النسيج الاجتماعي والاقتصادي لها، حماية لأربعمائة مستوطن إسرائيلي يعيشون فيها ، ندعوكم للمشاركة في الحملة التي أطلقها أهالي المدينة لرفع هذا الإغلاق بإرسال الرسالة المرفقة إلى عناوين الرئيس الإسرائيلي ، ووزير الحرب والخارجية الإسرائيلي ورئيس الكنيست الإسرائيلي . أو أي صيغة أخرى تطالب برفع الإغلاق.

نص الرسالة:
نرفض الإغلاق المفروض على قلب مدينة الخليل ونطالب سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية برفع الإغلاق ، وتمكين المواطنين الفلسطينيين من حرية الحركة والتنقل الطبيعي في مدينتهم .

The sufferance of 180,000 Palestinian citizens continues in Hebron Old City due to Israel’s eight-year-long closure of the city centre.
United Nations humanitarian affairs reports indicated that more than 101 roadblocks, barricades and military checkpoints are preventing the pursuance of normal life in the city and are tearing its old part to shreds, for the sole purpose of protecting 400 Israeli settlers living in the city.
We invite you to take part in the National Campaign Against Israeli Closures in Hebron Old City launched by city citizens and organizations calling for an end to this blockade by sending the attached letter, or any other text requesting the lift of the siege, to the addresses of Israel’s Prime Minister, its Ministers of Defense and Foreign Affairs, and to the Speaker of the Knesset.

We refuse the closure imposed on Hebron’s Old City and demand that the Israeli government and Israeli occupation authorities lift the blockade, thus allowing Palestinian citizens to enjoy freedom of travel and normal mobility in their own city.

הקדמה
מזה למעלה משמונה שנים נמשך הסגר הישראלי על לב העיר חברון, ואיתו נמשכים הסבל והמצוקה של 180 אלף תושבי חברון. לפי דוחות של משרד האום לעניינים הומניטריים ישנם בחברון למעלה מ-101 מחסומים, חסימות ונקודות בדיקה צבאיות שמונעים את שגרת החיים הטבעית בעיר והורסים את הרצף החברתי והכלכלי שלה וכל זאת כדי להגן על ארבע מאות מתנחלים ישראלים אשר גרים בחברון. אנחנו מזמינים אתכם להשתתף בקמפיין מטעם תושבי העיר כדי להסיר הסגר, ולשלוח את המכתב המצב או כל מכתב אחר שענינו הסרת הסגר, לנשיא מדינת ישראל, שר הבטחון, שר החוץ, ויושבת ראש הכנסת.

הננו מתנגדים לסגר המוטל על לב העיר חברון ודורשים מממשלת ישראל ושלטונות הכיבוש הישראלי להסיר הסגר ולאפשר לתושבים הפלסטינים לנוע באופן חופשי ובצורה טבעית ושגרתית בעיר שלהם.
